About the Role

The Senior Technology Program Manager will be responsible for managing a team of staff, delivering technology and coding activities, and ensuring the welfare and safety of the children on camp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver technology and coding activities for children aged 8-14.
  • Directly manage a team of staff to ensure they deliver the quality of care and standard of activities expected.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures on camp are adhered to, including health and safety and safeguarding procedures.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of timetabled activities.
  • Manage administrative duties and act as the main point of contact for parents.
  • Live up to the Ultimate Activity Camp promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day'.

Requirements

  • Qualified or working towards relevant qualifications in IT teaching, Computer Science, or Digital Media.
  • Experience in working with children and a passion for helping young people develop their IT skills.
  • Natural leadership skills and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
