This role offers a unique chance to work with a leading automotive company and contribute to the development of early career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate outreach events and engage with educational institutions to build relationships on behalf of Bentley Motors.
  • Manage and organize early careers equipment for events, ensuring seamless attendance and support from Bentley colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Field and respond to inbound queries from trainees, managing the Early Careers inbox efficiently.
  • Send mass emails to the trainee population and line management, utilizing the DAS system to approve apprentice changes.

This role requires strong administrative skills, a passion for working with early career professionals, and the ability to work closely with the Early Careers Manager and Specialist.
