Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, with a focus on creating high-quality furniture and wood designs.

About the Role: As a Bench Joiner, you will be working with a company that delivers bespoke wood designs, using your skills and expertise to create exceptional products. The role involves working with clients to understand their needs and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities: • Create high-quality wood furniture and designs • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements • Collaborate with the production team to deliver projects on time • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • Continuously improve skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements: • Previous experience as a Bench Joiner or related field • GCSEs in English and Math • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Basic computer skills for administration and record-keeping

Salary and Benefits: • Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience • Pension fund • Ongoing training and development opportunities
