Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our engineering teams, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
  • Represent Raytheon UK in technical forums and meetings, ensuring that our company's interests are represented and that we are aware of the latest developments in our industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant breadth and depth of technical leadership experience, including systems, electronics, software, mechanical, reliability, and manufacturing engineering.
  • Knowledge of the APNT market, including customers, equipment suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate senior stakeholders across business and industry.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, with a structured approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering through others.
