About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Press Artworker and Retoucher to join our team at Taylor Higson. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the printing and finishing departments have all the necessary tools, plates, and information to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing CTP plates and maintaining the CTP machine and processor
- Operating digital printers and cutting machinery
- Providing excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/InDesign)
- Collaborating with the team to achieve production goals

Requirements:

- Experience in a professional pre-press role as a Mac operator, production artworker, plate maker, or similar
- Familiarity with print production processes (litho, silk screen, and digital print)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
