As a highly experienced and accomplished leader, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional fine dining experiences, working closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and unparalleled quality.


To succeed in this role, you will require at least 7 years of experience in a senior culinary position, preferably within a luxury hotel or restaurant setting. You must possess outstanding leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of fine dining principles. We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension scheme.
