About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our Central London team at Soho House & Co. As a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House & Co, your role is to provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent service from initial greeting to paying of the bill
  • Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a high level of service
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and members to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
