Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store performance, customer experience, and team engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Good standard of education, including 5 GCSEs with English Language and Maths or equivalent (Grade C or above).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, motivate and encourage others, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation to achieve business objectives and personal success.
Training and Development:

As a Manager in Training, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes classroom-based training, on-the-job experience, and coaching from experienced managers. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as sales, customer service, and store operations.

Performance Reviews and Probationary Period:

Regular performance reviews will be conducted to ensure you are meeting the required standards. A probationary period of 6 months will be in place to assess your performance and suitability for the role.
