Care Home Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Care Home Manager to lead our care home in Derbyshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our care home and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a supportive team environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Care Manager qualification (e.g., NMC, HCPC)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in care management, preferably in a similar setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
