Class 1 Driver Job Description

We are seeking experienced Class 1 drivers to join our team at Bluestones Supply Chain Derby. Our client is a leading logistics provider with a state-of-the-art fulfilment site in Castle Donington.

As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the UK, primarily using box trailers, with occasional use of fridge units. You will work a variety of shifts, including Sundays to Thursdays and Mondays to Fridays, with opportunities for part-time work.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid CE Licence with over 2 years' experience
  • A CPC Card and DIGI Card
  • No DD, DR, or IN convictions

Our competitive pay rates are as follows:

  • Sunday to Friday: £19.00 per hour (0600-2200), £22.00 per hour (2200-0600)
  • 6th shifts: £37.00 per hour (0600-2200), £37.00 per hour (2200-0600)
