Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at BlueGate Consulting. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in the implementation and improvement of Quality systems for our clients in the automotive and electronics industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of ISO9001/IATF16949 Quality System, Material and product conformity, Management Reviews, Audits, and more.
  • Support production teams, Sales Force, and Automotive customers while handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quality Engineer or as a Product Conformity Engineer.
  • Knowledge of core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP), and auditing experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified Auditor qualification and Six Sigma a plus.
