Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Release Manager to join our team at Tekishub Consulting Services. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for facilitating the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment of changes to Salesforce orgs using Agile Accelerator and Copado.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Planning: Lead the release planning meeting to organize changes prior to release.
  • Tier 1 Support: Provide support to developers in their commits and integration deployments.
  • Environment Deployments: Deploy changes to UAT and Stage environments, with a focus on deploying to Stage at least once a day EST.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the pipeline, including back deploying changes to lower regions and deploying to Production environment.
  • Ops and Health Org Deployments: Deploy changes to Ops org on Wednesday mornings and Health org on Friday nights.
  • Tool Enhancements: Assist the Platform Engineer in enhancing tools and processes.

Requirements:

  • Industry Best Practices: Knowledge of releases industry best practices.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex code, and coverage.
  • Testing: Experience with testing, including VS Code and branching strategy.
  • Copado and Metadata Pipeline: Knowledge of Copado and metadata pipeline.
  • Commits, Promotions, and Deployments: Experience with commits, promotions, and deployments.
  • GitHub: Knowledge of GitHub, including branching strategy, pull requests, and operations.

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years

Certifications: Copado Fundamentals I
