Autism and Learning Disabilities Speech Pathologist

About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Cambian West. As a Consultant SLT, you will work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Learning Disabilities, developing communication plans and implementing evidence-based therapy.
The successful candidate will have experience working with AAC approaches, be registered with the HCPC, and be passionate about supporting individuals with complex communication needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Postgraduate diploma in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent
- Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience working with AAC approaches and individuals with complex communication needs
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
