We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Hempstead. As a Qualified Relief Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children, promoting their development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every child's individual needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL requirements.
  • Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive nursery environment that promotes fun and learning.
