Factory Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Factory Worker to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble copper and brass lanterns, including cutting and installing glass or polycarbonate glazing panels, drilling and installing fittings, and installing electric or gas lighting fixtures.
  • Picking, packing, and boxing delicate lanterns and components for shipping worldwide.
  • Follow installation procedures and diagrams, and contribute to the creation of assembly diagram procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
