Revenue Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Assurance Administrator to support our services by ensuring the accurate capture of billing information.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify site invoice submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve and escalate queries from the central mailbox in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with sites to gather additional billing information as needed, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Report on team performance and statistics, providing valuable insights for improvement.
- Organize meetings and training calls for team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Advise sites on chargeability in line with corporate and funder guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support Revenue Assurance Officers with additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial functions.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
