About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Radiotherapist to work with our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality radiotherapy treatments to patients within the NHS setting.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administering radiotherapy treatments per established treatment plans, ensuring accurate delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
  2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, promoting seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to meet individual needs and optimize treatment effectiveness.
  4. Maintaining precise records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.
  5. Providing emotional support to patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a supportive environment and enhancing overall patient experience.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  1. Valid HCPC registration as a Radiotherapist, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  2. A minimum of 1 year of UK experience in a similar role, including NHS experience, with a strong understanding of local healthcare practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and patient engagement.
  4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in response to changing patient needs and schedules.
  5. Experience with Varian and ARIA systems, showcasing technical expertise and proficiency.
