Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team to produce engineering designs for planning applications, detailed designs, and construction of drainage, highways, SUDS, and building drainage for major infrastructure and residential, retail, industrial, and commercial developments.
  • Develop and implement drainage and levels strategies in support of planning applications, including flood risk assessment reports.
  • Produce and issue technical drawings for tender and construction purposes.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on residential development in a consultancy or private sector background.
  • Strong team player with a people-oriented approach and confident in bringing new ideas into the practice.
  • Experience in producing technical drawings for tender and construction purposes for a variety of infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of drainage strategies and flood risk assessment.
