About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our Construction team, working site-based within the Seven Trent Region, ideally located around the Leicestershire area.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Commissioning Manager and be responsible for managing all commissioning activities, ensuring work is undertaken safely in accordance with Company Procedures, specifications, and good working practices.

  1. Carry out Commissioning Engineers R&R's and deliver schemes in a safe compliant manner.
  2. Review and monitoring of MEICA related Project risks.
  3. Attend commissioning systems inductions and toolbox talks.
  4. Liaise with Design team to ensure plant commissioning requirements are incorporated at design stage and included in appropriate scope of works.
  5. Review and development of Compliance & Commissioning Plans in conjunction with design intent.
  6. Assist in development of initial Commissioning Programme.
  7. Attend Progress & Commissioning Meetings.
  8. Compile commissioning documentation and deliverables.
  9. Provide input into Commissioning Strategy Reviews and Documentation.
  10. Liaise with sub-contractors regarding commissioning deliverables and interfaces.
  11. Assist Training Coordinators in compilation of training deliverables and engage in SW Training sessions.
  12. Assist O&M Coordinators in compilation and review of O&M Manuals.
  13. Distribute Commissioning Log / Daily Diary's and any other information from Engineers.

About You

  1. Proven Electrical commissioning experience.
  2. Extensive site experience of water & or water recycling operations.
  3. Practical knowledge of water & or water recycling processes.
  4. A valid clean UK driving license.
