Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Manager to join our central operations function, supporting and developing operational functions across the UK and ROI subsidiaries network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and drive compliance of existing and new branch processes
  • Analyse Branch KPI's and operational metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Identify underperforming sites and develop strategies for improvement
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management
  • Assist with the roll-out of system development projects
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the operational support team to ensure high performance and professional development
Requirements:
  • Dynamic problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT literate and proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of MAM Autopart preferred

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
