Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team at Brookfield M&E Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards and within the required timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate electrical projects to ensure that materials and resources are available on time.
- Set out jobs from drawings and specifications, establishing the requirements of a project and necessary installation materials, ensuring compliance and testing systems/certification.
- Assist with health and safety preparation and implementation.
- Attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure that electrical work is being carried out to the required standard.
- Assist with estimating and tendering the electrical elements of a project.
- Accept responsibility for the proper completion of jobs and supervise other operatives as necessary, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage own workload and that of the electrical team and sub-contractors to ensure that client commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Work weekends/out of hours if required.
- Oversee and manage small project work.
- Manage the commissioning and testing of electrical systems and equipment, issuing relevant certification.
- Proven experience in electrical management, preferably in a commercial fit-out or new build environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid electrical qualifications and certifications.
- A competitive salary of £50k-£60k + package.
- 22 days' holiday.
