Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated support to one of our departments and Target Market Groups (TMGs), delivering performance reports and insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end accounts, validate Work In Progress (WIP), and recommend provisioning.
  • Provide financial modeling, analysis, and commercial pricing advice.
  • Prepare business cases for recruitment, investment, and partner hires.
  • Coach and train stakeholders on commercial and financial topics.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial Managers to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar commercial role, engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills to manage complex data sets and financial models.
  • Flexible working to support work-life balance.
