We are seeking an experienced Central London Project Success Director to lead our Highways and Infrastructure team. As a key member of Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment, you will be responsible for driving project success, leading multidisciplinary teams, and optimising cost-effectiveness.

Job Description:
  • This is a high-level leadership position that requires strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure timely delivery.
  • You will develop and implement effective cost-saving strategies and maintain control over project finances.
  • You will supervise and mentor Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and grow business.
Requirements:
  • You must be a Chartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience.
  • You must possess expertise in Highways Geometric Design (DMRB), Infrastructure, Public Realm, Drainage, SuDs, Earthworks, and Utilities.
  • You must have a proven track record in planning and technical approvals.
  • You must have strong operational and project management skills.
  • You must possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
