Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in lessons.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles.
  • Help students with homework and projects, promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting respect and empathy among students.
Requirements:
  • Good level of spoken English.
  • Experience in KS3 and/or KS4.
  • GCSE English and maths.
  • Be kind, friendly, professional, and have high expectations for all children.
Working Hours:

The post is term-time only, 32.5 hours a week (46.01 weeks). Attendance at INSET Days and CPD sessions is required (5 days equivalence).
