Production Operator

Hays Specialist Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled Production Operator to join our client's team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.
Your primary responsibility will be to operate and set machines in accordance with established procedures. You will receive thorough training on the machines and processes to ensure you are equipped to perform your duties effectively. After completing your training, you will be responsible for maintaining machine efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks as required.
The working hours for this position are 10am-8pm, Monday to Thursday. This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while meeting the demands of the role.
To excel in this position, you should possess relevant experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn new skills are essential for your success. A positive attitude towards work and ability to work well under pressure are also vital.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on your level of experience. You will also enjoy benefits such as overtime opportunities, a pension scheme, and a 4-day working week.
