Job Title: Oxford Store Crew

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Crew member in our Oxford store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a memorable and enjoyable experience in our store.
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and accessible manner.
  • Process deliveries, restock shelves, and maintain a high level of store organization and cleanliness.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches, ensuring that the store is always looking its best.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including GDPR guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
