Job Overview
In this challenging and rewarding role as a Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering planned improvements, compliance work, and a health and safety service by carrying out pre-and-post-work property inspections. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all residents can remain safe in their homes while maintaining value for money and high-quality service standards.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be required to complete compliance inspections, quality checks of remedial work carried out in empty properties, and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations. They will also support the delivery of the Asset Management strategy by carrying out property assessments and providing detailed reports on findings and recommendations. Additionally, they will assist with customer complaints and disrepair issues to ensure a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete compliance inspections
- Carry out quality checks of remedial work in empty properties
- Support the delivery of the Asset Management strategy
- Assist with customer complaints and disrepair issues

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
