About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Sense, the national deafblind and rubella association. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with complex disabilities to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals/groups within the home, center, and community to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Provide a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
  • Deliver services that meet or exceed organizational expectations and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
