EG Group is seeking a highly skilled Rates Analyst to join our team. As a Fuel Management Expert, you will be responsible for monitoring fuel levels at storage tanks and fuel stations using automated wet stock systems.

You will use Power BI to build interactive dashboards for real-time stock monitoring and alert systems. Your goal will be to ensure fuel inventories are maintained within optimal levels and identify low-stock situations before shortages occur.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing wet stock data using Power BI to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies in fuel levels
• Building and maintaining detailed Power BI reports and dashboards for stock variance analysis, daily reconciliations, and performance metrics
• Providing senior management with data-driven insights, custom visuals, and predictive analytics based on historical fuel data
• Identifying and addressing potential causes of fuel loss, such as equipment malfunctions or theft, using data-driven insights from Power BI reports
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards for fuel handling and storage by tracking relevant metrics in Power BI dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, fuel management, logistics, or supply chain are an advantage
• 2+ years of experience in fuel management, wet stock analysis, or a similar role
• Proven experience with Power BI in building dashboards, reports, and data models for business analysis
