About Finegreen

We are currently supporting in the appointment of a senior professional to oversee all aspects of an organisation's Hard Facilities Management (FM) contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of FM contracts, including compliance with contractual terms and optimising contract performance.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with service providers and interrogating existing contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of service providers, ensuring they meet agreed-upon service levels and KPIs.
  • Leading negotiations for contract renewals, amendments, and new contracts to secure favourable terms.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and communications with service providers.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with Hard FM contracts.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in contract management processes.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts.
  • Extensive experience in Hard FM contract management, ideally within the public sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to facilities management.
