Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment, including conveyors, belts, gearboxes, and pumps.
  • Utilize expertise in fault-finding and rewiring to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Electrical Qualification (e.g., 17th/18th Edition, City & Guilds).
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with conveyors, belts, gearboxes, and pumps.
  • Strong fault-finding skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Competent in rewiring and electrical installations.
