Education Sector Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Development Manager: Further Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our licensing products and services for the Further Education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and organisations within the Further Education sector.
- Develop and implement account engagement plans to ensure timely renewal of licences and engagement with customers.
- Lead negotiations to secure new agreements and identify new licensing opportunities.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure that products developed meet the needs of the Further Education sector.
- Act as an ambassador for CLA, championing CLA licences and promoting our products and services through speaking engagements and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and negotiation.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the education sector.
- Ability to think and perform at a high level in a complex environment with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
