Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs to diverse groups of offenders at all levels.
  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lessons that promote enthusiasm for learning and engagement.
  • Utilize Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technology to enhance the learning experience and impact learning capabilities.
  • Manage the diverse ability levels of offenders and adapt curriculum to fit their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with staff members and offenders to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Assess and record offenders' development, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum and educational programs.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract Length: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,086.00 per year
