Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a refuse driver, you will be responsible for collecting general waste and assisting with green waste and recycling collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and transport general waste and recyclables in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with green waste and recycling collections as needed
- Interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the collecting crew to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Full UK Driver's Licence with Cat C
- Digi Card
- CPC card
- Previous experience in a similar role
- No more than 6 points on your licence
Working Hours
You will be working Monday to Friday from 06:00 and usually finish around 2pm, with some flexibility required.
Hourly Rate
You will be paid £11.82 for the first 12 weeks with an increase to £15.31 following 12 consecutive weeks working with the client.
