We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at Zizzi. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in helping the General Manager to organise, plan and run the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in coordinating day-to-day responsibilities and helping to achieve financial targets.
- Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the restaurant is run in a profitable and sustainable manner.
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Ensure that the restaurant is always clean, safe and well-maintained, meeting the highest standards of health and safety.
