Job Description:

The Warehouse Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the warehouse, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. This includes cleaning designated areas, removing waste, and performing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the warehouse floor, using a Floor Scrubber/Sweeper
  • Remove cardboard and shrink wrap from the warehouse and racking area
  • Empty waste bins and remove broken pallets
  • Report on hygiene-related issues and recommend improvements to the warehouse management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Punctual and flexible
  • Ability to carry out tasks independently

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
