About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Customer Care department as a placement student. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing warranty data and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including dealers and suppliers, to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Support the development of business cases for process improvements and cost savings
  • Collaborate with the Warranty Manager to identify and prioritize projects
  • Conduct audits of dealers' warranty processes and procedures
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Business/Finance/IT degree or similar subject
  • IT literate with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Confident individual with a strong academic background
  • Ability to analyze data and work on own initiative
  • Self-motivated, with good communication and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
