Data and Support Specialist for Early Years

This role requires an experienced Administrator to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining data and recording systems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop positive relationships with stakeholders.

Main Tasks
  1. Support the production of printed and online information for early education providers and parents.
  2. Provide information and guidance on DfE and local authority policies to ensure compliance.
  3. Process payments for child care and early education funding according to Council financial procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate records and data to ensure compliance with Council financial procedures.
  5. Stay informed about current legislation and statutory procedures affecting early education and childcare.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous relevant administrative experience.
  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
Additional Information

Contract Type: Temporary Full Time.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
