Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in recruiting contract and permanent staff for a growing client base within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Manage workload from sourcing through to placement, suiting multi-disciplinary consultants with experience in recruiting staff within the facilities management sector or similar.
  • Develop effective recruitment practices and update internal CRM with key information obtained.
  • Collaborate with consultants internally to crossover on projects where applicable.
  • Utilize AI software to assist in finding the best talent in the market.
  • Employ various tools such as internal database, external job boards, and LinkedIn to grow your network.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience working as a Consultant within the recruitment industry, ideally recruiting staff within the Facilities Management market or similar Construction sector.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment legislation, including recruitment best practices, GDPR, PAYE/Umbrella/CIS/LTD PSc Payment methods, IR35, Modern Slavery, ED&I, etc.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with motivation to develop and grow a desk, including business development and new sales.
  • Strong technical skills, with working knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
