Job Overview
  • A permanent role as a Roving Facilities Manager, managing hard and soft services to ensure high performance standards.
  • Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assessing their performance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH General Certificate, have a flexible attitude, and good understanding of Facilities Management and Managing Agent responsibilities.

This position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus car allowance. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, birthday leave, cycle to work scheme, eye care vouchers, pension contributions, health and wellbeing support, dental plan, gym membership, technology discounts, menopause support, Employee Assistance Programme, discounts, and a company lease vehicle or cash for car.
