Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Logistics Development Manager in London

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Development Manager to join our team in London.

About Stuart

We're Stuart, a leading tech-enabled logistics platform transforming on-demand delivery across sectors like food, grocery, and retail. With operations in over 130 cities across Europe, we connect businesses with a network of independent couriers, providing fast, flexible, and efficient deliveries.

Our Mission

We're an impact-driven company aiming to build the future of logistics for a more sustainable world: shared, efficient, and reliable. Our commitment is to create a new standard for urban deliveries that meet today's environmental and social challenges while offering a premium delivery experience blending speed, flexibility, and convenience.

What You'll Do
  • Relationship Development and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients in London at a store level, acting as the link for our commercial strategy to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to increase our business volume with them.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the commercial and operational performance of the restaurants and franchisees in your region of responsibility, adjusting strategies based on the results obtained.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as account management, operations, and product to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach in the field.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and lead strategies to activate additional points of sale within the restaurant portfolios of our key clients.
What We're Looking For
  • 2 years of successful experience in a field sales or territory management role.
  • The role is based in London and requires frequent field visits around Greater London, expecting you to be in the office 1-2 days a week and on the road the remaining 3-4 days.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • You demonstrate strong active listening skills and can effectively handle objections.
  • You have achieved significant success in a complex B2B sales environment.
  • Solution-oriented, you're always looking for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something won't.
  • You can manage your time and priorities to meet your goals within deadlines.
  • As a self-starter, you enjoy working independently, taking initiative, and have excellent organisational abilities.
  • You can collaborate effectively with various internal teams to achieve common goals.
  • A good knowledge of the restaurant and franchise industry, along with the specific challenges and opportunities in this sector, is a definite plus.
The Package

We're offering a competitive salary of £60,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy:

  • A hybrid working model and flexible hours.
  • A food allowance of £200 monthly (groceries/restaurants/food apps etc).
  • Access to Stuart Academy, offering a wide range of upskilling and development opportunities.
  • Mental Health Awareness first Wellness Allowance to use in any gym or sport class.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
