Marketplace Support Role

The Marketplace Support team at Deliveroo plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between operations and long-term goals. As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships and performance of third-party vendors, ensuring value, efficiency, and customer experience.

In this role, you will be involved in managing day-to-day relationships with vendors, ensuring operational issues are resolved promptly, and staying up-to-date on new capabilities and product improvements. You will also ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation, allocating costs correctly, and reporting quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing vendor relationships and resolving operational issues
  • Ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and allocation of costs
  • Working on projects to support long-term strategy and goals

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in operations or vendor management, with a track record of managing million-dollar contracts and relationships with third-party vendors. You should be detail-oriented, action-driven, and experienced in working on cross-functional projects. Solid analytical skills, including Excel pivot tables and INDEX MATCH, are also essential.
