About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maths Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Wednesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Maths across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and mark lessons to meet the needs of all students
  • Maintain excellent subject knowledge to support high-quality teaching
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment
  • Provide feedback to students to enhance learning and progress
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential, Early Career Teachers (ECT) are welcome to apply
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Maths
  • Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 level
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to student success
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive daily rate of £84 to £220 per day, equating to approximately £30,193 to £42,900 per annum for a full-time position
