Year 2 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Burnt Oak, London.

About the Role

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key Stage 1, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.

  • Teach the Key Stage 1 curriculum to groups of children while focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses.
  • Develop maths ability and introduce fractions, statistics, and geometry.
  • Help children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
  • Monitor children's progress and report back to parents as needed.
