About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Shared Services team, responsible for developing and maintaining security-critical services for teams across Sage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining our services, working closely with Developers, QAs, and Architects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions, applying a broad knowledge of software development principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the development team, sharing your expertise and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable software solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with recent.NET Core and C# development experience.
  • Experience with AWS or other Cloud platforms, relational and non-relational databases, RESTful API design, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of distributed system observability and infrastructure as code implementation.
  • Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies experience.
