About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our team of educators and support the Senior Operations team. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational direction to our centre, while also supporting our Area Manager and fellow services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager looking to join a rapidly growing company and take their career to the next level. You will be fully supported by a national team, including Quality, Education, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotions.

About You

  • You have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • You have 5 years of experience leading a large service or area.
  • You are experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • You have a current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or are willing to obtain.
