Job Summary

The Crown Estate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Manager to join our team in London. This role involves managing designated Regent Street assets, ensuring accurate property data and financial reporting, and contributing to the overall strategy to drive income and reduce costs through efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the property management of designated Regent Street assets, ensuring timely rent collection and performance of obligations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage accurate financial reports on designated assets, in accordance with RICS and Crown guidance.
  • Lease Enforcement: Manage lease enforcement actions to ensure timely rent collection and performance of obligations.
  • Budgeting: Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies for service charges.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team meetings and develop new strategies for asset management.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and promote professional development.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: MRICS qualification and direct property management experience in an agency or owner setting.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law with applicable experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Communication: Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Appreciation: Appreciation of net zero, sustainability, and ESG principles.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday allowance.
