Swimming Instructor

At Sporting House, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, themed, and fun learn-to-swim lessons to children aged 3-11 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons, using our premium teaching resources.
• Provide exceptional customer care to every swimmer and their family members.
• Assess swimmers' progress using our online tracking system and celebrate their achievements.
• Deliver the Sporting House experience, including showing customers around the centre, driving memberships, and attending regular team meetings.
• Support the venue team as needed, including lifeguard duties.

Person Specification:

• Willingness to work towards Swimming Teacher qualifications, with fully funded training and qualifications provided.
• Energetic, passionate, and hardworking personality.
• Ambition to change children's lives and make a difference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus, with a determined and committed approach to quality.
• Perseverance and patience to encourage and put people at ease.
