Job Title: Painting and Decorating Lecturer

We are seeking a qualified trade professional to join our team as a Painting and Decorating Lecturer at our College of Building.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with young people and adults in a training environment. As a Painting and Decorating Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training in painting and decorating techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver lectures and workshops on painting and decorating techniques
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their work
  • Develop and maintain course materials and resources
  • Contribute to the development of the Painting and Decorating team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant and recent industry experience in painting and decorating
  • NVQ Level 3 in Painting and Decorating
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate skills and understand the needs of learners in a training environment
