Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Leidos Innovations UK Limited. As a key member of our procurement cycle, you will play a crucial role in negotiating non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements, preparing solicitation packages for subcontractors, evaluating proposals, conducting price analysis, and administering subcontracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough price and cost analyses to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Analyse risks and identify effective risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and our programmes, addressing all subcontracts-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain regular interactions with programme management, contracts, project control, finance, business development, and customers as necessary.
  • Utilise excellent interpersonal skills to resolve complex subcontractor management issues.
  • Work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of English or Scottish law is essential.
  • Proficiency in word processing, electronic spreadsheet software, analysis techniques, and workstation tools is required.
